This is a set of right and left rear drum brake cylinders with the small 1/4 inch bleeder.  The service cylinders available today are only available with larger bleeder valves.

Concours Notes:
The Ford parts catalog (service parts) and your local auto parts stores may show a right left version of this cylinder but we know from original survivors Ford used the same C6OZ-2262-A cylinder on both sides. You will also find that manufactures of the brake lines also get this wrong but you only need to slightly bend the tube to make it fit correctly.
