The board material is just like the originals in color, finish and water resistant coating on side facing the well liner. We exactly reproduced the seam used to control the mounting tab bend so it looks and performs, as it should when installed. You will need to drill holes through the mounting tab to match the holes you will find in the trunk floor. Note: Most MCA Gold judges I’ve talked to agree that the trunk mat ends in front of the dividers seam (see picture 1,2,3). Others say mount the divider on top of the trunk mat.
