This is an exact reproduction we have been working on since I couldn’t find the correct pins for my 1969 convertible. It seems these pins have a habit of falling out because they lack a lock washer, so just finding verified originals to reproduce was very difficult. Ed Meyer ended up letting me borrow a pin from a low mileage car he had. They are plated with flash chrome (nickel plated, then chromate with no copper base) just like the originals and do come with the correct plated phosphate nuts.

These pins may also be correct for 1968 Mustang/Shelby convertibles.
