Driveshaft Guarantee
Our Concours and Thoroughbred driveshafts are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase to fit and function without vibration in original cars up to legal highway speeds.  Reproduction driveshafts are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase to fit and function without vibration in original cars up to legal highway speeds.  This guarantee does not include: Modified cars, use with mixed or non-original drivetrain components, use in any type of competition cars or corrosion from poor handling or storage.

Alternator Guarantee
If your alternator stops working for any reason within 1 year of purchase send it back to us and we will repair and return it at no charge to you.  We do not guarantee any of the finishes in the housings that result from normal wear, handling, storage or improper installation.

Parts Guarantee
We are so confident in our products that if for any reason, you don't like an item, you may return it for a full refund. All terms of our "Return Policies" apply.

Radio Guarantee
The same terms of our "Return Policies" applies radios.  All radios shipped are guaranteed to work when they arrive.  We encourage you to test the radio when it arrives before the end of the 28 day return policy.  If the radio was damage in shipping or stops working within the 28 day warrantee period we will pay to pick it up and return it to you after repairing or replacing the radio.

Return Policies
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within the appropriate time frame.
Merchandise, with original Dead Nuts On id tags attached, can be returned for a *Full Refund.  Items returned within 90 days of receipt will be given a full refund via manor of payment. Items may be returned for exchange or a credit slip issued thereafter.
There are no returns of electrical items unless specified.

Refunds will be issued on the value of the item purchased with tax, if applicable. Shipping fees will not be credited unless we where in error.

We will ship most stock merchandise within 2 to 3 days from the date of order. Special Order merchandise ship dates are noted on each product .

8.225% CA Sales Tax applicable to items shipped to addresses in California.

Sales tax will be charged on all orders with a shipping address within the state of California.  Contact us directly if you are a CA resaler with a valid CA resale certificate.

Checks & Money Orders
We accept personal checks Money orders.  Note: All orders paid by check or money orders will be delayed for 10 days to allow them to clear.

Order Cancellation Policies

Shortage Claims 
We must be notified of any shortage claims or errors in shipment within 48 hours of delivery.
