This is a very accurate reproduction 1970-71 Ford Autolite radiator cap . The change over this cap was made late in the 1970 production year but thats all we know. No known cut-over date available.
Made by the original manufacture it not only looks great but functions like it should.  

Dearborn built cars:
If your car was built at the Dearborn plant your car would have came with what hobbyist simply named "The Dearborn Cap". See the last picture of a repro Dearborn cap compared to an original cap. Sorry, the inaccurate reproduction Dearborn cap is not available from us.
