Correct Dill valve stem and caps for all Mustangs and Shelby's sourced from original manufacture. See picture for comparison to an original take-off.

* 1968 Shelby with hubcaps required a special cap extension (not available).

Q: Is this also the correct stem for the space-saver tires?
A: Yes. Space saver tires came with this valve stem at least until the end of 1971 production. If your original space saver wheel has a steel stem installed it was most likely was replaced when Ford recalled them in the mid-seventies. Space savers wheels should have this valve stem but not this cap. The correct cap for space saver spare is this unique cap.
