Dead Nuts On offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $75, along with several other shipping options for orders shipped within the continental United States.
Additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
All products are packaged and shipped from Pennsylvania. We make every effort to package orders securely and ship them promptly.

In-stock merchandise generally ships within 3 business days of the order date.

Special-order merchandise generally ships within 6 weeks of the order date.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address are subject to the applicable local county sales tax rate.
Shipping Addresses
A physical street address is required for UPS and FedEx deliveries. We cannot ship via UPS or FedEx to a P.O. Box.
If your shipping address includes a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped through USPS and may experience additional delivery delays.
Please notify us within 14 days of your order date if you have not received your package.
Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
Please do not refuse delivery of a package, as additional charges may be applied to your account.
If you change your mind after placing an order, please accept delivery and follow the steps outlined in our Return Policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for packages that are undelivered, unclaimed, refused, or returned, unless the issue resulted from our error. Dead Nuts On is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
This domestic shipping policy applies to customers located in the United States.
Expedited Shipping
In most cases, you may upgrade to a faster shipping service, such as Second Day delivery, at your expense.
For expedited orders, payment authorization must be received and cleared by 12:00 p.m. EST for processing that business day. Orders received or approved after that time may not be processed until the following business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed within the contiguous 48 United States.
Processing and Delivery Delays
For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and address verification. In some cases, this may result in a slight delay in order processing. We appreciate your patience.
While Dead Nuts On works hard to ship orders on time, carrier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including destination, weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen events.
Shipping refunds will not be issued for missed delivery dates or weather-related delays.
