Parts Guarantee
If you're not happy with the parts you ordered for any reason you may return them for a refund within 60 days of purchase. Restocking fee may apply, see Return Policy for more Info. All terms of our "Return Policies" apply. All we ask is that the parts returned in their original packaging and are resalable as new parts. Some parts have a special warranty and return policy (see below).
Driveshaft Warranty
Concours and Thoroughbred and driveshafts are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase to fit and function without vibration in original cars. Most of the driveshaft is bare steel so rust is not covered under warranty.
Reproduction driveshafts are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase to fit and function without vibration in original cars. This guarantee does not include: Modified cars, use with mixed or non-original drivetrain components, use in any type of competition cars or rust resulting from poor handling or storage. If you have any problems with your driveshaft anytime after the warranty expires please contact us. We will work with you to get your driveshaft working and looking its best again.
Alternator Warranty
If your alternator stops charging within one year of purchase send it back to us and we will repair and return it at no charge to you. We do not guarantee any of the finishes that result from normal wear, handling, storage, fluid stains or improper installation. No warranty on alternators used for off-road racing.
Water Pump Warranty
Water pump restoration service comes with a one year warranty. Water pumps are warrantied for the following: Bearing failure, leaks from the main shaft seal, heater or bypass fitting leaks. We will repair and ship it back to you at no charge. No warranty for water pump housing condition failures from age or wear.
Ignition Coil, Wiring Harnesses, Electrical Parts, NOS & Used Parts Warranty
Radios, Ignition coils, Wiring Harnesses, Electrical Parts, NOS and any used part we ship are guaranteed to work when they arrive. We ask you to inspect and test the these parts when they arrive before the end of the 30 day return policy. If these parts are damaged in shipping, not in the condition described or just stop working within the 30 day warranty period we will repair, replace or refund your purchase. Warranty period begins the day the parts arrive at your address. No returns on these parts after the 30 day return policy ends, no exceptions.
