These are the correct screws for the floorboard covers. There are enough to do the two floorboard covers under the carpet in the backseat footwell and the one staggered shock plate cover in the trunk (staggered shock equipped cars only). 

Concours Note:
We have seen phillips dome head screws in the same phosphate finish on some survivor cars. Ford engineering documents specified the hex head screw but it seems the phillips head screws was substituted at some factories some of the time. Both are acceptable in MCA and SAAC Judging.
