This is a exact reproduction of the early 1967 battery hold down bracket J-Hooks for vinyl dipped battery hold down bracket. These zinc plated hooks would only be correct for early build 1967 Mustang and Shelby with production dates as late as December 1966. No exact cut-over date available. Later J-hooks had a phosphate finish.

Until just recently the longer 1970-73 8 5/8" J-hook version was the only reproduction available. If you purchased a J-hook kit before 2018 you may have the longer J-hook. MCA Judges are now aware of the difference.
