New concourse correct reproduction hood latch catch made in USA. Also referred to as the hood striker or hook. Has the same shape and finish unique to most of all 1969 production (see notes below). Hardware kit is also available separately.

Concours Notes:
It should be noted that we have found this phosphated version on late 1969 and early 1970 production Mustangs. We have also found that most all Shelby's made in late 1969 production had the 1970 type of striker. No change over date available. Fact is there are too many inconsistencies to say what is correct for late 1969 and early 1970 production. Ford must have had both versions in its inventory at the end of 1969 production and since they are the same from an engineering stand point it didn't matter what version was used.
