Jack's Comments:

This tiny decal identifies the blue jumper wire that goes between the solenoid and firewall engine feed with white plug.  The tag is placed in the middle area of the jumper wire and is folded, not wrapped around the wire.  

New 3M decal adhesive base insures this decal will stay in place.
