This is an exact reproduction of the the C7TZ-8123227-A front door window regulator handle spacer. This firm white foam spacer fits on the regulator handle shaft just under the door panel on 1969, 1970, and 1971 Ford Mustangs (car line F) equipped with both standard and deluxe interiors. Two spacers are provided with each kit for use on your left and right front doors. Without this spacer door panels end up with a gap between the window crank handle and the door panel.

This spacer is also used behind for the same purpose on the 1969-70 convertible rear seat quarter armrest window regulator handle.
