Jack's Comments:

This is an exact copy of the strap Ford used to strap the heater hoses together. See second picture for correct location on a 428 S/CJ engine. Also, see Electrical Assembly Manual for some locations: For 428 CJ, look at pages 45, 71. For 302/351 pages 42, 45, 72.

Location notes:
428 S/CJ uses one strap to tie the two heater hoses together between the firewall and the rear of the valve cover.
302 2V, 351W 2V used two straps 2-3 inches on both sides of the carburetor choke heater hose bracket.
351W 4V uses one strap positioned 2-3 inches to the right side of the upper center valve cover bolt and another one 2-3 inches to the left of the upper center valve cover bolt. (see assembly manual).
