This is the newest reproduction of a little part that was poorly reproduced years ago in one 1967 version. They are very hard to find in good condition and difficult to remove and reinstall if you find one. There are two different version used in 1969-70. This one has the curved engineering number thats only found on San Jose built 1969-70 Mustangs.

Do not buy this version if your car was built at the Dearborn or Metuchen Plants.

How to install: With needle nose pliers squeeze the two curved vertical tabs above the engineering number. This will extend the two tabs on the backside outwards to firmly hold them in place.
