This is the latest Concours reproduction of the high-pressure power steering hose that connects at the back of the pump. The other end connects at the insulator to the hose that feeds the valve body. It has the unique single crimped fittings, correct plating and the C7ZX-3A719-A die-stamped engineering number.
This hose cost a whole lot more than a regular service hose but its the only one on the market that fit, function and looks like the factory installed hose.
Pete Disher has documented this hose on "The Coral Snake" website.
Q: What makes this hose not exactly like a production hose?
A: Doesn't have the tiny FoMoCo logo stamped next to the engineering number.
