This is the latest Concours reproduction of the one-year-only power steering hose that connects to the pump high-pressure hose at the insulator and then routes down to the valve body. It has the unique single crimped fittings, spiral hose wrap, correct plating and the C7ZA-3494-B die-stamped engineering number.

This hose cost a whole lot more than a regular service hose but its the only one on the market that fit, function and looks like the factory installed hose. 

Important Note:
The Ford MPC indicates this hose was used up to June 19, 1967 production but actual changeover date on the production line varied due to production line stock. If your car's production date is close to this change over date you should check your control valve port size before ordering. If your car was built after 6-19-67 you will need the larger port C7ZZ-3494-B hose.

Q: How can I tell I have the 1967 small pressure port fitting on my control valve?
A: If a 7/16 inch wrench fits on the control valve fitting you have the early control valve. If a 1/2" wrench fits on the pressure port fitting you have the later larger port fitting.

Q: What makes this hose not exactly like a production hose?
A: Doesn't have the tiny FoMoCo logo die stamped next to the engineering number.
