This is the latest Concours reproduction of the power steering hose that connects to the valve body then routes to the insulator. At the insulator a #2 Wittek band clamp is used to connect the low-pressure hose to the nipple end. This hose is just like a factory hose with the unique single crimped fittings, spiral hose wrap, correct plating and die stamped engineering number C8ZA-3A713-A only used during 1968-70 production.
This hose cost a lot more than a regular service hose but its the only one on the market that fit, function and look just like factory hose.
Q: What make this hose not exactly like a production hose?
A: Doesn't have the tiny FORD oval logo stamped next to the engineering number.
