This bolt and washer were used to hold the rear axle hard and soft brake line straps to the axle.

1969-70 Notes:
1969 assembly manual shows it also used a washer but we have also seen survivor cars that didn't have the lock washer.
1970 assembly manuals don't show a lock washer being used, just the bolt.
