OE supplier tail lamp mounting bolt stud caps.  The factory put these rubber caps on to protect the owner from the raw ends of the stud threads. Only one was used on the upper inboard stud.

Second picture shows a cap on a 4,000 mile survivor BOSS 429 owned by Tim Wilburn.

Note: There is also a small plastic cap that covers the screw end below the stud with the rubber cap. This unique cap is now in reproduction but we don't stock them just yet.
